Return Policy

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused and unopened products in their original packaging.
• Non-Returnable Items: Customized items, gift cards, and products marked as non-refundable are not eligible for return.
• Process:
  1. Contact us at support@homecleaningkitshop.com with your order details.
  2. Our team will provide return instructions and a return address.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Refund Policy

• Approved Returns: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
• Partial Refunds: Items returned with signs of use or damage may be eligible for partial refunds.
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:

1. Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
2. Send a photo of the item and packaging to support@homecleaningkitshop.com.
3. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
